Your order may be placed online by completing the online order form and clicking Submit My Order button. By placing an online order, you make an offer to us to purchase the product(s) you have selected for the price (including any delivery and other charges) based on these Terms and Conditions. Total Cleaning Supplies reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price of the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. At placement of your order we will issue you with an order number for reference. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered. If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.
Total Cleaning Supplies accepts Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
Total Cleaning Supplies uses 3D Secure to verify all credit card purchases.
Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information required.
Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will not begin until payment processing on the next business day (Business days are Monday to Friday) excluding Public Holidays.
We process your payment after you click the Submit My Order button.
All fees and charges identified in these terms and conditions and all prices for the products purchased on the Total Cleaning Supplies website include GST, where applicable.
We offer free shipping within metropolitan Melbourne for orders valued at $275 (inc GST) or higher. Orders below the value of $275 (inc GST) will incur a $27.50 (inc GST) shipping charge.
*bulky items may incur extra charges when shipped outside of Metro Melbourne.
Subject to these terms and conditions, we will supply to you the products indicated on your order confirmation. When your ordered items have been dispatched, we will email you to confirm shipment of each item including a tracking number for each item.
Delivery time can take up to 7 business days from the date your payment is received. Total Cleaning Supplies will make every effort to deliver your product(s) according to the estimated delivery times provided by Total Cleaning Supplies at checkout. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday – Friday) excluding Public holidays. Although every effort will be made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to circumstances beyond our control. If your product(s) has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We encourage you to visit the Your Account; section on our website to view the delivery status of your product(s).
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your product(s) to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your product(s) our courier will leave a card requesting you to telephone them to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery and extra charges may be incurred.
We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver your product(s) to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your Order Confirmation, however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within estimated time frame.
Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you upon delivery.
Items purchased via this site may be refunded within 48 hours of delivery for unopened and unused items only. All claims after this point will be rejected unless required by law. Refunds will not be given if you have provided the delivery address incorrectly and your order was accepted by another person. To obtain a refund, firstly an authority to return number must be sought from Total Cleaning Supplies, then the goods may be returned at the expense of the purchaser and a 20% restock
