Standard delivery may take up to 7 working days depending on your location.

Was my order received?

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you have not yet received this please email us and we will check this for you.

We use the secure Eway Global Payment Gateway which is certified as a trusted partner by the major credit card schemes. The security standards in place ensure that all credit card data is encrypted & secure.

What methods of payment are accepted?

When shopping online with Total Cleaning Supplies you can pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal.


What are the delivery charges?

Melbourne Metropolitan Deliveries: Orders over $275.00 inc GST will be free throughout Victoria.

All standard orders under $275.00 inc GST will incur a $22.00 inc GST delivery and handling fee (throughout Victoria)

For all other Places in Australia: Courier rates apply. We use Toll Ipec & Couriers Please. We offer affordable rates and pass these charges onto you. We do not profit from freight charges. If you require a quote for freight charges please contact us

Large or bulky goods may incur a surcharge which will be noted at checkout.

No P.O. Boxes can be supplied as a delivery address.
